Louis Ventre, Jr. practices preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications, provision of legal opinions and documents on trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, technology transfer agreements with the government, licensing, non-circumvention agreements, and confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements.
